1. Where does Bergos deliver?

 

Answer: We currently deliver only in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. If you are located outside this area, you can still place an order for pickup from our restaurant.

 

2. Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

 

Answer: Yes, the minimum order amount for delivery is 15 BGN. There is no minimum order requirement if you choose to pick up your order from the restaurant.

 

3. How do I create an account in the app?

 

Answer: You can create an account in the app using your phone number. Once registered, you’ll have access to features like saving addresses, using promo codes, and receiving notifications.

 

4. What payment methods are available?

 

Answer: You can pay online using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay upon delivery or when you pick up your order from the restaurant.

 

5. Can I use promo codes with the app?

 

Answer: Yes, registered users can apply promo codes when placing an order for discounts and special offers.

 

6. How do I check for allergens in a dish?

 

Answer: Each dish has an allergen information screen that you can access by tapping the “?” button in the dish details. This will display a legend explaining any potential allergens.

 

7. How can I make my ordering process faster?

 

Answer: Registered users can save their delivery addresses and additional information, making it quicker to place future orders. You won’t need to re-enter your details every time.

 

8. Will I receive notifications from the app?

 

Answer: Yes, as a registered user, you will receive notifications about order updates, special offers, and promotions directly from the app.

 

9. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

 

Answer: Absolutely! You can place an order through the app and select the option to pick it up from our restaurant. There is no minimum order requirement for pickups.
