Personal Data Protection Policy

 

I. INTRODUCTION:

 

1. In the course of its commercial activity, "DORM BG OOD", UIC 206282850, with registered office and address of management – BULGARIA, Stara Zagora, 1A “Kenali” St. (the “Company”, “DORM BG OOD”, “we”, “us”), processes information, part of which constitutes personal data.

 

2. app.bergos.bg is owned by "DORM BG OOD" and is operated by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the related legal framework, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

 

3. This Policy is intended to inform you about the way in which we process your personal data as a controller, as well as about your rights.

 

4. The protection of personal data is of utmost importance to us. Borsalino Diner and Catering EOOD does not sell your data to other companies or individuals. If we provide your data to third parties, these are our processors who process the information on our behalf, following our instructions and applying our standard for the protection of your personal data.

VIII. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL DATA:

When DORM BG OOD shares information about you with third parties – subcontractors of DORM BG OOD, we conclude contracts with these third parties–subcontractors and take measures to ensure that they provide a level of data protection according to the agreed standard. Your data are considered confidential also by our partners.

It may be necessary – by law, in legal proceedings, in a court dispute and/or at the request of public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence – for DORM BG OOD to disclose your personal information.
